What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to order from us though!


Do I have to wait for you to make the items once they are ordered? 
All of the items in my boutique are already made and ready to be shipped, except for those listed under "custom onesies."  Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom onesies to be made and shipped.  
 

What shipping service do you use?
I ship all of my products using the US Postal Service, First Class Mail.


How much is shipping?  Will I be charged sales tax?
!I am very excited to now offer free shipping on all orders!!
 
I am required by law to collect 6.75% sales tax from TX residents. 

When will my items be shipped?
All items in my boutique are in stock and ready to be shipped, except for those listed under "custom onesies".  Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom onesies to be made and shipped.  I try my best to ship orders as soon as possible. I am a Mommy of three girls, so sometimes things do come up that prevent me from making it to the Post Office, but I do try my best to ship in stock items no later than two business days from when the order is received. Of course, items are only shipped Monday thru Friday.
 

I need something really fast! Can you overnight it to me?
Typically, I ship all products through the USPS, First Class Mail. If you need something overnighted to you, please contact me by email before placing your order.


Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I am only able to process orders from the US and Canada. Please contact me by email if you are an international customer and would like to order some of my products. I will do my best to find out the shipping charges, etc. and respond back to you asap. Thanks!


Do you take custom orders?
I am excited to now offer custom onesies!  All of my customizable onesies are listed under "custom onesies".  If you have something in mind that you would like me to make that is not listed, just let me know and I will try my best to create it for you!

 
Do you offer returns?
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me by email. I will work with you to come up with a solution that we are both happy with.


How do I care for my items?
Hair accessories can be wiped with a damp cloth, but really should not be washed, as they just won't look quite the same if you do.

Apparel items can be laundered as usual. Some fabric applique edges may fray slightly after repeated washings, and this is normal. If your appliques look a little wrinkled after being laundered, a gentle iron will have them looking crisp and as good as new.
